Ahead of the launch of inter-state operations against Naxals, Home Minister P Chidambaram has invited the Chief Ministers of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal for a meeting in New Delhi to obtain their endorsement for a “tentative” anti-Naxal plan.
