This is my blogspace address. I have uploaded my experience of a flying visit to Mumbai, the city of my dreams... A metroplis which was a city of seven islands some day and is the maya ki nagri on date.

June 25th,2008 : 1730hrs - Second year of the curriculum officially comes to an end.
June 25th, 2008 : 2220hrs - Another journey commences. Analysis paper was pathetic, exams were over, vacations had commenced and four consecutive sleepless nights till the day before - she had all the reasons to enjoy her share of a peaceful sleep. A moving train, probably was not a good place to implement the idea; and when Aamchi mumbai was the destination; she had enough reasons to gaze with wide-open eyes and wait for the dawn to set in!
June-26th,2008 : 0545hrs - A hazy window speaks:
Sun has risen, says the faint daylight. Clouds above impregnated.
Little drops come pouring down and drizzles all around. . .
Green patches of nature are charming as ever;
while the gaudily patched man-made entities are equally ugly. . . ;)
While the former soothes the eye of the person behind; the later H U R T S. . .

hi niyati, u have define Mumbai very well ur writing is really amazing and it can give a completely different image of a place even to a person who is residing here since the past 20 years.....
pls continue the good work and if possible be brief abt ur cuntent so that more and more ppl read ur writing.....
It makes me remember my growing up years in Mumbai with nostalgia.Pics are good.
