Health: Papdi Chaat Recipe

All purpose flour, ajwain seeds, add butter and salt. Add enough water and knead into soft dough. Cover and leave for 30 minutes. With the help of some dry flour to each portion of dough out small portions.Roll, Divide the dough into roll into large thin rounds. All prick with fork. Small round cut it with a cutter. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel. Store in an airtight container when cool.
